Welcome to Gardiner Main Street—
Where Originality Matters
Welcome to the Gardiner Main Street website.
Regardless of how you arrived here, we hope you’ll get as excited as we
are with what is happening in Downtown Gardiner!
Gardiner Main Street was chosen in Oct. 2001, as one of the four
original Main Street Maine communities, by the Maine Downtown Center.
Since that time volunteers
have donated thousands of hours on projects
ranging from streetlight banners and historic district markers to
market analysis and business recruitment to successfully launching
three annual special events. We are proud to welcome more than 25 new
downtown
businesses that have opened their doors in the past 5
years
and congratulate the 4 businesses that have expanded.
Whether you are looking to buy downtown property, open your own new
business or want information about living in downtown Gardiner,
Gardiner Main Street is here for you.
